Outreach

Our outreach ministry is responsible for identifying and initiating efforts to help those in need. The members oversee The Stable Pet Food Pantry, as well as initiate a number of giving programs throughout the year. Every church is called to provide opportunities for its members to serve those outside its walls. As such, an organized Outreach ministry is useful for fulfilling the church’s mission to love others as Christ loves us. It provides regular, structured, concrete ways for members to express their love. The congregation supports a number of non-profit organizations such as Changing Footprints, the Veteran's Administration Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, HVAF of Indiana, Inc. (Helping Veterans And Families), Versiti Blood Center, and Wheeler Mission. Additionally the ministry identifies special needs in the community, and initiates donation drives to meet those needs.
